Department reserves the right to identify individual users for the purpose of law enforcement and no other purposes.

Objective:

To create the online version of existing paper based application, which includes collection of application form for online Gate Pass(lifting), verifications and Acceptance, Field Verification of Mill and Fetching of location for Physical Verification.

Objective of Mobile App:

(i) To streamline the process of implementation of Field Verification of Mill and Physical Verification for Mill, Mandi and Storage Point.
(ii) To implement the online gate pass generation for effective and real time execution of Lifting from Mandi.

Application Flow:

Application form enhanced version of paper based form is to be developed.
1. Field Verification of Mills by the Destination Officers (AFSO).
2. The designated officers (AFSO / inspector) would perform the Physical Verification.
3. Online Submission of Gate pass by the designation users.
3.1 Real time Generation of Gate Pass (Lifting).
3.2 Verification of Gate Pass by the Mandi Inspector.
3.3 Gate out by the Mandi Supervisor for Gate Pass generated.
3.4 Acceptance at the Gate pass by the Destination In-charge.

Note : In this application we are using location and camera for field verification.
